Responsibilities: Support the execution of the Simmons Bank Open junior clinic. A one day event on Monday, September 7th. Responsibilities include assisting with clinic set up and tear down, assisting with participant check-in, and ensuring a safe and organized experience. Volunteers may also help with crowd flow and general event logistics.
Responsibilities: Assist with gallery management and noise control on the course. Support player movement, help locate errant shots, and provide general information to spectators as needed.This role includes early morning and late evening shifts requiring extended time outdoors and standing with shifts from Thursday to Sunday.
Responsibilities: Support the planning and execution of tournament pro-am events with shifts on Monday and Wednesday.
Responsibilities: Assist with the setup, placement, maintenance, and breakdown of on-course scoreboards. This role is physically demanding and requires heavy lifting. Role responsibilities are completed the Sunday prior to the tournament and the Monday following the tournament.
Responsibilities: Walk inside the ropes alongside professional players while carrying a standard scoreboard that displays group scores. Work closely with the walking scorer to ensure accurate score presentation to spectators throughout 18 holes.
Role is ideal for individuals aged 13 and older able to carry approximately 10–15 pounds for the duration of 18 holes. Shifts will be on Saturday and Sunday.
Responsibility: Committee members will be responsible to manage the shuttle service provider and drive shuttle buses for spectators, volunteers and caddies to and from the course and remote parking lots
Volunteers must be at least 25 years of age to serve on this committee and must have a valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities: A small team of volunteers to assist broadcast teams with on-course television production operations. Previous experience is recommended. Responsibilities include being able to communicate on the course with production headquarters to respond to questions involving the group you may be walking with. Shifts will be Thursday thru Sunday.
Responsibilities: Help organize and distribute uniforms prior to the tournament. Welcome and check-in volunteers each day at the registration table and be able to answer questions that may come up.
Responsibilities: Record accurate hole-by-hole scoring and statistical information for each player using PGA TOUR handheld devices. Maintain radio communication with tournament staff throughout play.
This role requires a mandatory volunteer training session, knowledge of golf and strong physical stamina are essential, including the ability to walk 18 holes at tournament pace in all weather conditions. Shifts will be from Thursday to Sunday.
